- An account will be automatically created when a user submits an inquiry for a property.
- Providers are required to create an account to list their properties on FARAWAYHOME.
2.2 Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their account.
- FARAWAYHOME reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Listings and Content
3.1 Provider Responsibility
- All property listings, including text, images, videos, and other content ("Listing Content"), are provided by Providers.
- Providers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their Listing Content.
3.2 Platform Usage
- FARAWAYHOME does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of the Listing Content.
- Users agree to independently verify the information provided in the listings.
4. Payments
4.1 Provider Billing
- Providers who list properties on FARAWAYHOME will receive invoices for services rendered.
- All payments are handled offline, and no transactions occur through the FARAWAYHOME platform.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1 Limitation of Liability
- FARAWAYHOME is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the Listing Content provided by Providers.
- FARAWAYHOME shall not be held responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from property transactions between users and Providers.
5.2 Third-Party Services
- FARAWAYHOME integrates services provided by third parties, including Google and Amazon AWS. These services may have their own terms and conditions.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 GDPR Compliance
- FARAWAYHOME complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users based in the European Union.
- Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
6.2 Cookies

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.
9. Amendments
FARAWAYHOME reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
