There is a cozy double bed and a wardrobe in the main bedroom. This room has access to a private winter garden as well where you can enjoy the view into the green. The third room can be used as a second bedroom as there is a single bed here, but you can also use it as separate office as you will also find a desk here where you can work undisturbed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a kettle, pots and pans and cutlery. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows that let a lot of light into the apartment.

You will find supermarkets, drug stores, coffee shops and restaurants in immediate walking distance in this cozy neighborhood. The entire property borders the “Tegeler Fliess” nature reserve. This is a popular jogging route in the nature reserve 50 m from the apartment. There is also a lake situated nearby, where you can relax by the water or take a boat ride. On an adventurous day you can also visit the historic palace Tegel, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and learn about its rich history and architecture. Berlin’s efficient public transportation system makes it easy to access other attractions and neighborhoods throughout the city. The train station S1 is very close by to the apartment.
