This 113 SQM penthouse has been created on the sixth floor of Lindower Strasse 18, in a modern construction featuring
sustainable wood on top of the pre-existing building. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living and dining room, a hidden
kitchen front, floor-to-ceiling windows, partially covered rooftop-terrace, underfloor heating and a guest bathroom make this
apartment ideal for evenings with friends, but it is equally suitable as an inspiring abode for urban nomads.
The interior design of this penthouse consists of vintage furniture from the 50ies, 60ies and 70ies - highlights are the
scandinavian mid-century chairs and the custom-made travertine dining table. The kitchen, with its distinctive golden wall, can
be concealed elegantly behind sliding doors. The earthy, light beiges and greys are rounded out by a dark bottle green and matte
black. Prominently placed in the hallway and living room, the original excerpts from the photo series „Close Up“ by Martin
Schöller give the space a galeristic feel - like an intimate, private art exhibition over the roofs of Berlin.
Due to the strong character of the construction, this penthouse features an
interesting mix of materials and textures: wooden walls meet concrete, weightless
linen curtains on patinized leather and luxurious vintage bouclé on limestone.
