This secluded, 190 SQM space with industrial flair is located on the third floor of a building from 1905. A master bedroom with a
walk-in closet, a large open plan living and dining room, custom made kitchen, second bedroom, home spa with bathtub,
underfloor heating and a courtyard balcony make this loft a generous and welcoming temporary home.
The interior concept of this loft supports the bright and airy impression of the building fabric. Light pastel colors such as sky blue and powdery pink in the living room lead to calming sage and petrol shades in the bedrooms. This is complemented by earthy beiges and light browns that lend an elegant tranquility to the home spa. The open floorplan allows all these areas to blend together. The kitchen that links the living and dining area can be turned into a buffet counter with a custom-made cupboard system. The entire space is outfitted with vintage design furniture and contemporary art, for instance by German artist Markus Keibel.
The materials used throughout the space also add to the overall feeling of lightness - whitened oak floors and clay walls set a framework for sophisticated textures in the entire apartment. Metallic accents in the kitchen and velvet seating give a luxurious touch to the representative areas of this loft, but with wooden details and ceramic tableware it never looses its homey feel.
