The apartment is very centrally located, near to the Museumsinsel, in a calm street with many different cozy restaurants just a few steps from the Spree riverbanks where one can walk and do jogging. The neighborhood is very peaceful and green as there are many parks. The Koellnischer Park around the corner hosts the living symbol of Berlin - two brown bears. There are various lovely cafes and restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby the apartment, including a large bio market and an ordinary supermarket a 3-5 minute walk away. The stations Märkisches Museum, Heinrich-Heine and Jannowitzbruecke giving access to five major subway and train lines can be reached in 2-5 minute walk.
