  • Welcome as a guest in my home. I am pleased to be able to accommodate you as a guest and wish you a great and impressive time in Berlin. This brief summary is intended to summarize the most important information and rules for your smooth stay in my apartment:
  • Cleaning:
  • Care: I beg you to act carefully and with respect in the use of my apartment. That is why the celebration of parties or loud events is unfortunately clearly forbidden, especially to protect my neighbors. Please treat my furniture and all the other objects carefully and with the biggest respect.
  • Privacy: The rent of my private apartment is based on the principle of trust between the host and the tenants. Please respect this privacy and use the pieces of furniture and other objects with care.
  • Please clean the apartment once a week and open the windows to ventilate the flat once per day. This will decrease the cleaning costs after you’re leaving the apartment.
  • Smoking: Please respect that my apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
  • Internet: You are welcome to use the internet access free of charge. You find the credentials on the back of the internet router. The visit of illegal websites and other illegal services (example the use of illegal streaming sites) is expressly prohibited.
  • Key delivery: When leaving the apartment permanently, please leave the apartment keys (building, flat, and post box key) on the dining table or hand them over to the person in charge.
  • Waste: Please regularly remove all the waste in the dedicated waste bins outside.
  • Neighbors: Please behave polite and friendly towards my neighbors and respect their privacy and desire for harmony and a good life. If neighbors should ask who you are, please answer that you are a friend of Conrad and you are staying in his apartment.
  • Smart home: Please do not forget to delete all your linked accounts (Sonos Soundbox, Smart TV, etc.) when leaving the apartment permanently.
  • Damage: If anything is broken or not working properly, please contact me as soon as possible, so that we quickly find a proper solution. If there is any damaged or missing object after move out, I need to charge a expenses allowance of 50 Euro + the value of the object.
  • Post delivery: Please use the following address to receive post/ parcels. There is a post box in the entry area. You have received a key for it.
  • In order to reflect the massive increase in energy costs (hot water, heating, electricity), an additional flat-rate energy fee is charged per month in addition to the normal warm rent. The further details of this are set out in the rental agreement.
  • Keeping of pets upon request
