HOUSE:
The SAPPHIRE was designed by the star architect Liebeskind. The front of the building is made of ceramics, titanium and mineral panels. This building is a declaration of love to the city of Berlin. Daniel Liebeskind says that a sapphire is rough, hard and resistant. When it’s cut and polished it develops its true beauty and multifaceted nature. All of this reflects Berlin and its residents. Architecture can’t be just prose, it has to be full of poetry and touch people. This building suits the city. It shows how the city opened up, how it got free, how it gained self-awareness, and finally became one of the greatest cities in the world.
There is a prestigious concierge service in the building (RAS), a common rooftop terrace, but you’ll also have your own, private one, a gym, a calm inner courtyard, and a premium in-house supermarket.
APARTMENT:
This stunning high end, luxurious two bedroom apartment leaves nothing to be desired. You have large, bright rooms with the highest comfort. You will find an open living space with a Varenna Poliform kitchen and a cozy designer sofa with a big smart TV and a fireplace in the living room. Both bedrooms have large beds with high-quality mattresses in it. You’ll even have your own walk-in closet, so you won’t run out of space to store your clothes. The two bathrooms are in the Sapphire-design. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and you’ll also have a bath tub to relax in after a long day in the city. You will have your private rooftop terrace to enjoy the beautiful view. The windows are triple glazed, so you won’t hear any noises from outside. The parquet floor is made of oak and you’ll have underfloor heating. There’s also a controlled residential ventilation in the building. The designers didn’t spare any effort or expanses to make this apartment truly unique.
AREA:
The Sapphire is situated in excellent inner-city location, connected to Friedrichstraße, and only a few minutes away from Oranienburger Tor and the grand boulevard Unter den Linden. The upper area of Friedrichstraße experiences a renaissance as a glamorous place to go out and is on the way to becoming a Downtown district of an international format.
