Numerous restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping facilities can be found within walking distance. There are also hair dressers, spas, massage salons, children's shops, book stores, florists and gyms in 5-10 minutes distance. Still the neighbourhood of this apartment is relatively calm. Schools and kindergartens, as well as plenty of playgrounds are located in close proximity. There's even a kid's dentist and children's doctor and children's eye doctor literally in front of the door. There are two swimming halls close-by, the one which is perfect for little children is only 900m away.
