Events can also take place outdoors on the spectacular rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking unobstructed view of the majestic Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site including which includes five significant German Museums and the colonnades along the river Spree. Many other monuments are visible from the penthouse, among them the reconstructed City Palace (Stadtschloss), the Reichstag dome, the New Synagogue and of course Berlin’s landmark, the TV Tower. The terrace is so unique that even well- acquainted Berliners will be truly impressed by this spectacular location and its outstanding views.
The penthouse is located on top of an inconspicuous office building. Cars can directly access the main entrance door and the elevator has a private stop within the penthouse, providing a high level of discretion to visitors if needed.
For social events, the indoor and outdoor guest capacities of the penthouse are roughly equal;, this is important because events planned on the rooftop terrace can be moved inside for due to the weather reasons without major problems.

Monbijou Penthouse is one of the most desirable private residences in Berlin, ideally suited for those whose lifestyle inseparably blends working and living in an inseparable waywork and pleasure. Patrons will be staying in one of the most representative homes of Berlin, located within walking distance of its most appreciated attractions. Your business meetings will not be taking place in a public hotel lobby, and you will be entertaining friends and business partners in your private lounge or on the beautiful rooftop terrace with a unique view of Berlin.
The penthouse sleeps a total of six guests in three bedrooms - all separated from the reception area by thick soundproof doors secured by chip cards, allowing the patrons to withdraw to their private area even with when guests being are present.
- The luxurious master suite of approx. 600 sq. feet has a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a writing table, a suite of armchairs, a large TV set, floor-heating, air-conditioning and remote controlled curtains and black- out blinds. The elegantly designed bathroom is separated by a glass sliding door and encompasses also includes a private sauna.
The penthouse has two more bedrooms for family members or staff. These approx. 200 sq. feet large hotel-type rooms have king size beds and en-n-suite bathrooms and are equipped with TV, safe box, floor-heating, air-conditioning and remote controlled black- out blinds.
