Very nice flat with balcony in quite central but still absolutely quiet location. Large green area in front of the house, a lot of green in the surrounding. Fresh air! The flat itself is very bright, as the light comes in from both sides. Open designed kitchen, 2 seperate rooms, one bedroom, one study and guestroom with a sofa bed.
The next S-Bahn Station is Friedenau (S1), the neighbourhood is very friendly and relaxed. A various mixture of people seems to live here since ages - singles, couples, families, students. There are several cefés and small local grocery stores round the corner.
To the next shopping mall (Schloßstraße) you get there within 10 minutes.
